Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient care team. The RN II will perform at an advanced level, conducting nurse visits, coordinating care for complex patients, and mentoring staff within a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan. Valid CPR certification.
• 2 years of clinical experience in an ambulatory practice as an RN or demonstrated competency in IHA’s RN position.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-level nursing care and wellness education for individuals and populations.
• Provides direct patient care and coordinates care for complex patients.
• Triages patient needs by phone and in-office visits and provides clinical guidance.
