Baptist Health’s Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL, seeks an experienced RN for the Outpatient unit. The role emphasizes nursing process, patient assessments, planning of care, and coordinating interventions with physicians and other clinicians.

The RN on this full-time, first-shift position will supervise nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays, and ensure quality, continuity of patient care in the outpatient setting.

Qualificações

• Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required and BLS certification; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on area.
• Ability to observe, assess, document, and communicate effectively; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Use the nursing process for patient assessments, planning of care, and performance of interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• Provide high-quality outpatient nursing care with attention to safety and infection control.
