Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for outpatients in a clinic setting according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervises and directs activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines
• Prepares patient, room, and equipment for procedures and assists physician
• Delegates appropriately and coordinates duties of healthcare team members
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
