• Administer medications and treatments safely via multiple routes.
• Coordinate care with physicians, staff, patients and families.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, discharge, and health maintenance; document education.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation of assessments, vitals, treatments, medications, and education.
