Job summary

St. Marys Medical Group in Georgia is seeking a Board-Certified Rheumatologist to help grow an expanding rheumatology program. This outpatient-only practice offers a strong referral network and access to infusion services, with primary clinic in Athens and outreach to Greensboro/Lake Oconee.

Join an established team for comprehensive care, with a 1:3 call schedule and opportunities to teach residents while enjoying a balanced schedule in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certification in Rheumatology or Board Eligible.
• Ability to obtain Georgia medical license.
• Accepting J1 & H1B visas (2028).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of rheumatic diseases including musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions.
• Outpatient-only rheumatology practice with no hospital rounding responsibilities.
• Provide 1:3 outpatient call coverage.
• Teach Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents when applicable.
• Utilize infusion therapies at hospital campuses and outpatient facilities.
