Job summary

Community Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Tech to support outpatient therapy services. The role assists therapists, prepares treatment areas, and helps with patient flow and documentation.

This position requires excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a busy outpatient setting. Prior PT/OT aide experience is preferred; CPR/BLS certification is expected within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as PT/OT Aide or Tech preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• AHA BLS-HCP certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and treatment area.
• Assist therapists and other team members.
• Support with clerical duties and documentation as per policy.
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely.
• Greet new patients and schedule follow-up visits.
• Perform laundry and pool chemical tests as needed.
