Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain a Therapist/Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate services, serving as a liaison with the Area Manager.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents, families, and staff to promote positive relationships.
• Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives.
