Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients receiving hemodialysis. You will monitor patient health, educate families, coordinate care, and ensure safe treatments in a specialized setting.

You will build relationships with patients, develop expertise in nephrology, and participate in the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) to grow your nursing career.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Meet applicable state nursing practice requirements.
• Preferred one year of RN experience.
• Hemodialysis, nephrology, or chronic care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate dialysis care to patients.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Educate patients and families about kidney care and treatment options.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives.
