Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care in outpatient settings. The nurse will apply the nursing process, assess patients, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate care.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. This is a full-time Day shift with a salary range of $32.00–$48.00 per hour and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and conduct patient assessment in outpatient settings.
• Educate patients and families and plan/execute care with the health care team.
