Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an RN Outpatient to work under leadership; perform patient assessment and follow nursing standards. May delegate to unlicensed staff and provide clinical oversight as needed.

You will greet patients, administer treatments, assist with procedures, and document in the medical record. Travel among system facilities may be required; BSN preferred and 1 year of nursing experience required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program and RN licensure required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patient for provider examination and treatment.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Assist provider with procedures and maintain equipment before/after procedures.
• Engage in patient/family teaching to achieve outcomes.
• Review medical charts and document medications, refills, calls, visits.
• Ensure timely flow of patients and monitor scheduling.
