Job summary

Healthier Tomorrows, a Chicago-area nutrition practice, specializes in eating disorder recovery and medical nutrition therapy. We offer fully remote and hybrid positions, a collaborative team, case consultation, and a structured onboarding to help you start strong.

You will provide outpatient nutrition counseling, tailor interventions for eating disorders and related conditions, educate clients and families, and document sessions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• Experience providing medical nutrition therapy for eating disorders, disordered eating, diabetes, digestive disorders, and autoimmune diseases.
• Strong counseling, interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Tailor interventions for eating disorders, disordered eating, and medical conditions.
• Support lasting behavior change through individualized counseling.
• Educate clients and families on practical, real-life nutrition strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate client care.
• Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards.

What you bring

• Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential

• Strong counseling, interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Prior outpatient or behavioral health experience preferred, especially in eating disorder treatment or functional nutrition counseling
