SNEB, a Chicago-based nutrition practice, is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to deliver outpatient medical nutrition therapy and tailored nutrition plans for eating disorders and related conditions. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and support clients as they adopt healthy, evidence-based practices.

Our roles offer flexible remote and hybrid arrangements in the Chicago area, with onboarding, ongoing trainings, and strong support for case management to help you grow

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• Experience providing medical nutrition therapy for eating disorders, disordered eating, diabetes, digestive disorders, and autoimmune diseases.
• Strong counseling, interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Outpatient or behavioral health experience in eating disorders or functional nutrition is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Tailor interventions for eating disorders, disordered eating, and medical conditions.
• Support lasting behavior change through individualized counseling.
• Educate clients and families on practical, real-life nutrition strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate client care.
• Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards.

What you bring

• Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
• Experience providing medical nutrition therapy for eating disorders, disordered eating, diabetes, digestive disorders, and autoimmune diseases
• Strong counseling, interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Prior outpatient or behavioral health experience preferred, especially in eating disorder treatment or functional nutrition counseling
