Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Master's Degree from an accredited university.
• Must hold or be eligible for KY clinical licensure.
• Independent clinicians can apply for loan repayment through NHSC.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and documents diagnostic assessments.
• Directs planning and writing of care plans.
• Provides individual, group, collateral, and family treatment.
• Maintains therapy notes and treatment reports.
• Attends therapist meetings to develop intervention techniques.

Skills

Master's Degree in Human Services or related field

KY Masters-level licensure (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP, LMFT, CADC, LCADC)
