Job summary

Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital in Tennessee is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging using portable radiography, fluoroscopy, and digital radiography. You will collaborate with radiologists and support staff to ensure high-quality images and patient safety.

The role requires ARRT registration or eligibility, completion of an accredited radiology program, and the ability to adapt to new equipment and workflows.

Qualifications

• Registered by the ARRT or eligible; completion of an accredited radiological program.
• New graduate or 1 year of general radiology experience required; pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to operate x-ray, fluoroscopic and digital radiography equipment; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform exams with portable, C-arm, fluoroscopy, DR/CR; ensure ALARA principles.
• Maintain equipment, QC, proper shutdown, and safe operation; keep area clean.
• Document workflow in PACS/Meditech; communicate findings to radiologist and staff.
