Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine LLC is seeking a Radiology Technician to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging in an outpatient setting. You will support physicians and staff, maintain equipment, and uphold patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

The role requires ARRT certification, CA licensure, BLS, and an accredited radiologic technology program. Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities to contribute to a fast-paced clinic. Join a team focused on excellent patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification (R) and active CA state licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures, radiation safety, and equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Verify patient identity and review medical history for accurate imaging.
• Position patients to obtain optimal images while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Capture, process, and transmit digital radiographic images using PACS and related systems.
• Ensure images meet quality standards before submission to providers.
• Maintain adherence to radiation safety standards and ALARA principles.
• Safely use protective devices and practice safe procedures for patients and staff.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
• Maintain patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
• Prepare, clean, and manage exam rooms and imaging equipment.
• Maintain accurate procedure logs and patient records.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate service as needed.
• Assist with front-office tasks such as scheduling or patient check-in.
