Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Medical Radiologic Technologist for our outpatient Radiology Department in Syracuse, NY. The role involves general radiography, DEXA, and C-arm procedures in the OR, with focus on patient safety and imaging quality.

New graduates are welcome to apply. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, offering competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree in Medical Radiography.
• Current ARRT certification and registration.
• Active licensure as required; additional specialty certs may be needed.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Review orders under supervision of department leadership and staff.
• Position patients correctly and use immobilization devices as needed.
• Operate radiology equipment and adjust exposure settings for high-quality images.
• Perform imaging procedures in General Radiography, DEXA, and assist with C-arm imaging in the OR.
• Review images for technical quality and diagnostic completeness before submission.
