Job summary

Colwyn Group is seeking a Pulmonologist for outpatient pulmonary care in Prescott, AZ. The role focuses on evaluation, diagnosis, and management of COPD, asthma, sleep apnea, chronic cough, and other pulmonary disorders in a modern, technology‑driven clinic.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pulmonary Disease.
• Completion of an Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient consultations, follow‑ups, and chronic disease management.
• Evaluate and treat COPD, asthma, sleep apnea, chronic cough, and other pulmonary conditions.
• Interpret pulmonary diagnostics including spirometry, PFTs, and imaging.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support patient care.
• Provide patient education and promote long‑term disease management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical quality standards.
• Participate in a consistent weekly schedule (daytime hours, no major holidays).
