Job description

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) has an opportunity for an Outpatient Pulmonologist at Gotham Health/Tremont, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice for the NYC Health + Hospitals System, located on Webster Avenue in the Bronx. The goal of this Center is to provide outpatient services to patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease.

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) also offers an opportunity at Gotham Health/Broadway, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice for the NYC Health + Hospitals System, located at 815 Broadway in Brooklyn. This state-of-the-art health center provides comprehensive primary care to families, including patients at high risk of Covid-19 and those in recovery.

Additionally, there is an opening at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Roosevelt in Jackson Heights, Queens. This site offers coordinated care for children and adults across a broad spectrum of health services, with easy referrals across the city's extensive network.

We are seeking an Outpatient Pulmonologist to serve at three Gotham Health sites: Bushwick, Tremont, and Roosevelt. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing full scope of adult outpatient pulmonary care
2. Managing patients diagnosed with COVID-19 and related underlying issues
3. Training and supervising medical residents, students, and advanced practice clinicians

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school (MD or DO)
• Board certified or eligible in Pulmonary Medicine
• Unrestricted NYS medical license or ability to obtain one

Wages and Benefits:

Annual Base Salary: $235,500* based on a 40-hour work week.

The total estimated annual compensation is approximately $258,500**, including salary, 401(k) contributions, and additional benefits.
