Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by CAPTE.
• Valid state physical therapist assistant license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by the State Practice Act.
• Implement high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with minimal supervision.
• Maintain positive interaction with centers, patients, and staff, enhancing client relations.
