Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy in Carlisle, PA, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to float among Carlisle clinics. You will deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed PT, helping patients improve mobility across individualized plans while collaborating with the clinical team.

We offer a compensation range of $27.00–$35.00 per hour, a monthly bonus program, and generous benefits including employer-paid health insurance, dental/vision, 401k

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
Track patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team.
Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
