Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient care. The position is full-time with hourly compensation ranging from $31 to $40, based on experience and location.

The PTA will work under a Physical Therapist, delivering personalized treatment plans and educating patients in exercises and recovery strategies. We value a collaborative, patient-centered culture with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and access to modern space and equipment.

Qualifications

• NY PTA license required.
• Outpatient experience welcome; training available for new grads.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate in patient care under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Follow Plan of Care and state guidelines.
• Provide education on exercises and recovery.
• Document in EMR and track patient progress.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and exercises as directed.
• Maintain safe, clean clinical environment and confidentiality.
