BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedics in a supportive clinic. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options, with mentorship, modern tools, and a clear career path within a collaborative team.

You’ll deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed PT, help patients regain mobility, track progress, and build relationships with patients and colleagues while accessing Upstream’s continuing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Tennessee PTA license (or eligibility)

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
