Foothills Sports Medicine PT, part of Confluent Health, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
