Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Colorado PTA license (or eligibility).
• Knowledge of evidence-based gait and mobility interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under licensed PT supervision.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients and local community.
• Participate in Upstream mentorship and learning programs.
