Rock Creek of Ottawa in Ottawa, KS is seeking a Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in‑house rehab program, serving a geriatric and post‑acute care population. The PTA license is required; new grads are welcome.

You will conduct screenings, develop plans, administer treatment, and generate discharge summaries while collaborating with a dedicated team in a stable, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• PTA license is required.
• Open to PTAs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients to determine rehabilitation needs and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments per plan and regulatory standards.
• Administer procedures (manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, wound care) and document discharge summaries.
