Job summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Cape Coral, FL. This role focuses on a broad orthopedic population including neuro, vestibular, sports medicine, and ACL programs. Schedule: Monday-Friday.

Compensation starts at $27+ per hour, based on experience. Includes a $12,000 signing bonus and student debt repayment assistance of up to $200 per month.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
• Valid State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (or license in process).
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Deliver high-quality PT services with minimal supervision per policy.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients; support client relations.
