Select Physical Therapy in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic team.

Qualifications

Location: 1715 Cape Coral Pkwy West, Cape Coral, FLSchedule: Monday–FridaySalary: $80,000–$98,000/year (based on experience)Incentives: $20,000 sign-on bonus + $350/month student loan repayment (ongoing)

Select Physical Therapy in Cape Coral (Cay West), FL is hiring a full‑time Physical Therapist. Join a collaborative team treating a general orthopedic caseload, including vestibular rehab, sports medicine, ACL recovery, fall prevention, and hand therapy. New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply. Mentorship and career development support are available through the nation’s largest outpatient orthopedic rehab provider.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
