Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy Institute is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (Float) for outpatient orthopedics across East York, West York, Manchester, Red Lion and Shrewsbury. We offer full-time, part-time or PRN opportunities with competitive hourly pay and a clear career path.

You’ll work under a licensed PT, deliver evidence-based care, track progress, and participate in mentorship and ongoing CEU opportunities within a supportive Upstream Rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
