Qualifications

• Florida PTA license required.
• Senior living or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a Physical Therapist.
• Monitor and document resident progress and response to treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with Florida state and federal guidelines.
