Job summary

Centra Healthcare seeks an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient contract position in Hayward, CA. The PTA will provide skilled therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a PTA or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
