Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist required.
• 2–5 years of PT experience with lymphedema and oncology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed.
• Provide interventions, document care, and contribute to billing as appropriate.
