Confluent Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Lone Peak PT & Performance clinic in Big Sky, Montana. You will apply clinical reasoning to assess movement and develop tailored plans of care in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Current Montana state license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.

Responsabilités

• Assess movement dysfunction and underlying causes via history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care to meet patient goals.
• Deliver skilled interventions: exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery.
