Job summary

Pella Regional Health Center is seeking a full-time physical therapist for our outpatient clinic in Iowa. You will evaluate, plan and administer physical therapy as prescribed by a licensed physician to restore function and prevent disability after injury or disease.

You will coordinate with staff, supervise support personnel, and help manage department operations to stay within budget while ensuring accurate patient charges. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a work commitment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice physical therapy with prescription by a licensed physician.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct and administer physical therapy for modalities prescribed by a physician.
• Assist patients to maximize function and independence within their abilities.
• Coordinate, delegate and supervise support staff and departmental activities.
• Ensure patient charges are accurate and entered promptly, and contribute to budget adherence.
