Job summary

Physical Therapist / Outpatient Rehab is available in Gratiot, OH. This role offers 31, 33, or 40 hours per week with a pay range of $39.50 to $53 per hour and a full benefits package including a sign-on bonus.

You will evaluate, plan, and deliver patient care, using EPIC EMR in a collaborative hospital setting. Requirements include a Degree in Physical Therapy, Ohio PT license, and at least one clinical rotation in Rehab Services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy License or able to obtain.
• Minimum of one clinical rotation in a Rehabilitation Services setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment for patients referred to the service.
• Deliver group and/or individual treatment to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms.
