Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, Doctorate in physical therapy or PTA certificate.
• Must possess Nebraska licensure for physical therapist.
• CPR for Health Care Provider/CPR for Professional Rescuer required at time of hire or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer physical therapy treatment programs from admission through discharge.
• Deliver and/ or delegate quality patient care and educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation including treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, students and volunteers.
• Engage in team meetings to develop patient-specific plans and participate in professional development.

Education
