Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Michigan.
• PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans and goals.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab staff as applicable.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in EHR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
