FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Concord is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Concord, North Carolina. You will work with a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment focused on positive outcomes.

We specialize in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, balance and vestibular therapy, and neurological rehab. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, competitive compensation, mentorship, and ongoing

Qualifications

• DPT required from an accredited program.
• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license or licensure eligibility.
• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatments.
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate; complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
