Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Woodbridge, VA. This permanent, full-time position offers a one-on-one, 40-minute visit structure to ensure thoughtful patient assessment and individualized care.

Applicants should have a DPT or equivalent, Virginia licensure or eligibility, and 2–3 years of outpatient experience. A four-day workweek may be available, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for CE and specialty training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Two to three years of outpatient experience.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based treatment focused on mobility, function, balance, and long-term outcomes.
• Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to create a welcoming, patient-centered culture.
