Lawrence Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team in New Jersey. This full-time role features a weekday schedule with no weekends or late evenings, and compensation ranges from $38 to $60 per hour.

You will assess and treat diverse orthopedic and neurologic patients, develop individualized plans, mentor others, and help patients regain mobility and independence in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Provide outpatient therapy for a varied caseload, including orthopedic conditions and higher-functioning patients with neurologic diagnoses.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to support coordinated care and positive patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Participate in mentorship, professional development, and specialty programs, including vestibular rehabilitation, concussion rehabilitation, vision therapy, and orthopedics, as appropriate to training and experience.
