Professional Physical Therapy seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Hicksville, NY for a full-time, 40-hour week. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 with total compensation between $95,000 and $120,000, depending on certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.

New for 2026: eligible therapists may receive up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.

• Active or in-progress PT license in NY.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
• Team-first mindset and commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
