Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient clinic. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with no weekends, and offers a salary range of $75K–$95K per year based on experience.

Incentives include a $5000 sign-on bonus plus student loan assistance of $350 per month for the duration of employment. Mentorship and growth opportunities are provided within a diverse patient mix and specialty areas.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
