Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations and complete required trainings at the center.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and families.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
