Lucas Therapies, a H2 Health company, seeks a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Salem, Virginia. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based interventions to restore mobility and function in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• DPT (or MSPT/BPT) from CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Active Virginia PT license or eligibility.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and quality of life.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation and Raintree EMR for documentation and patient management.
