Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Arizona Physical Therapist License or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention.
