Job summary

Confluent Health, MOTION PT Group in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to join a high-function outpatient team. You will provide evidence-based care, develop individualized plans, and deliver hands-on interventions across pediatric to adult populations in a mentorship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• NO New Grads; prior clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and history.
• Collaboratively develop evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver interventions including exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach as needed.
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery journey.
