Job summary

Motion Physical Therapy Group in New York is recruiting a licensed physical therapist to join a high-energy outpatient team. You’ll provide evidence-based care, collaborate with PTs, OTs, CHTs, and PTAs, and advance your clinical skills in a modern facility with advanced equipment.

Compensation includes $85K–$112K per year, a sign-on bonus, up to $25K in student loan repayment, generous PTO, and benefits. The role offers mentorship, diverse career paths, and opportunities to practice at the top

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist required to practice in New York.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and plan care.
• Collaboratively develop evidence-based plans of care aligned to patient goals.
• Deliver interventions including exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust treatment as needed.
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery journey.
