Job summary

Henpen Corporation in Ithaca, NY is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our premier Finger Lakes region clinic. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in NY at time of hire.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Administer therapies including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention to support long-term recovery.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
