Job summary

TLC Physical Therapy in Summerfield, Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time role. You will assess patients, design and implement personalized treatment plans, and apply hands-on manual therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Compensation includes $85k-$100k per year with productivity incentives, up to $15k sign-on, paid certifications, AI-enabled documentation, and strong career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Florida license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
