Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy in Westfield, NJ is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time 40-hour work week. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 with total compensation between $95,000 and $120,000, depending on certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.

New for 2026: eligible PTs may choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.

Qualifications

• Active (or in-progress) PT license required.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills required.
• New-grad friendly, full-time 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
• Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
