Benchmark Physical Therapy in the Greater Birmingham area (Hoover, AL) is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists who want competitive pay, mentorship, and growth opportunities within an outpatient orthopedic setting.

You’ll develop evidence-based plans, deliver outcomes-driven therapy, collaborate with a welcoming team, and participate in Upstream Rehabilitation programs, including new-grad onboarding and ongoing CEU support.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
• Collaborate with peers in a team environment.
